Smooth access control in residential buildings

The Rollock smart locking system provides a comprehensive locking solution for the entire housing company: entrance doors, shared spaces, and apartment doors. The system enables secure, keyless access to residential buildings, properties, and parking garages for those with access rights. Access credentials include NFC, mobile, hands-free, and remote opening. Doors can also be opened remotely via the Rollock Access application, eliminating the need for a separate intercom system.

More cost-efficient access rights management

New access rights can be easily created and removed in the Smarter Access cloud service, reducing costs associated with handing over keys or rekeying locks. This simplifies the work of landlords and property managers, as well as everyday life for residents. For example, the mobile application makes it easy to check whether a door was left open in a hurry.

Suomen Koti Rakennuttajat SKR Oy on rakentanut Tampereen Härmälään huippuvarustellun 12 asunnon rivitaloyhtiön. As Oy Härmälän Timantin asuntoihin on asennettu asuinmukavuuden ja arjen sujuvuuden lisäämiseksi kotimaiset Rollock älylukot.

Taloteko rivitaloyhtiö

Asunto Oy Vuoreksen Villihanhi on kahdesta paritalosta ja kahdesta rivitalosta koostuva yhtiö, jossa on yhteensä 12 yksitasoista kotia. Huoneistojen etu- ja takaovet on varustettu Rollock avaimettomalla älylukituksella. Rollock helpottaa perheiden arkea mm. avaimettomuuden, keveyden sekä etäavauksen ansiosta.
